COOKIE CRAVINGS? HERE’S A GUILT-FREE RECIPE FOR YOU!

Hello sunshine! In this diet conscious world and gym freaks out there, I thought of making a rich and addictive cookie for y’all. This oats and coconut (A GREAT COMBO) cookie is an amazing snack for adults as well as the little ones. Let it be Christmas, Diwali or any celebration, this is going to be a your thing forever.

So why not try out oats with a different perspective rather than the usual oats porridge!

INGREDIENTS:

1 egg

1 & ¼ Cup Oat Flour

¾ Cup Desiccated Coconut

¼ TSP Salt

½ TSP Baking Soda

½ TSP Baking Powder

½ Cup Honey/Brown Sugar/Coconut Sugar

½ Cup Coconut Oil

1 TBSP Vanilla Essence

DIRECTIONS:

1ST BOWL - Beat an egg with ¼ cup of water and keep it aside.

2ND BOWL - Put oats flour, desiccated coconut and salt in it. Then add baking soda and baking powder to it. Give them a good mix and keep it aside as well.

3RD BOWL - Take honey (or it’s substitute) and coconut oil. Mix them well.

Add the 1st bowl mixture to the 3rd bowl. Then add vanilla essence to it.

Finally, add the dry ingredients to the 3rd bowl as well. Your batter now is ready to go into the oven. If you prefer, you can add some chocolate chips to it.

To garnish, I have melted some cinnamon chips(or you can take chocolate chips) and drizzled it on the top. Honestly, to make it more instagram worthy ;)

The best time to have it is at midnight or on those cheat days.

TIMMING:

Bake for 15 min. at 180˚C.

Enjoy this delicacy with your family and STAY HOME.

:)
